And Caragana court Of Goshen, Cassopolis St. and Beardsley Ave. of Elkhart and Nappanee) Conducting regular safety inspections on $150,000 in equipment and tools, from vehicle hoists, hand tools, air tools, fork lifts, pumps, air lines, and fire extinguishers. Keeping monthly records of all inspects and safety recommendations. I trained current and new employees in P.P.E use, lifting techniques, proper labeling and storage of hazardous materials, and tool safety to reduce employee incidence in the work place. I insured all employees understood emergency evacuation plans as well as how to efficiently use a fire extinguisher in the p.a.s.s method ( pull, aim, squeeze, and sweep). I would conduct yearly inspections on the air and ventilation system. Assuring all vents were clear of any dirt, dust, and debris as well as making sure all roof filters were clean or replaced if necessary. In the 3 year time I was the safety administrator we passed all inspections and audits, and filed only 1 incident report.
