Property management required weekly and daily meeting for punch lists, plumbers, electricians and HVAC installers to show them problems with centers or new jobs. Worked directly with leasing for 3 years cold calling daily, negotiating new leases and existing leases. Daily meetings required in person in person meetings 4-6 times monthly with tenants or other brokers. Valuable skills with networking, cold calling, meeting tenants, and showing space that apply to any future employer.
Worked directly in the construction yard and split time in the landscape yard. Daily construction yard tasks include: helping clean large equipment, deliver equipment to job sites and work on job sites. Has some experience with large equipment used for excavating and leveling dirt. Worked first hand with customers selling product in the landscape yard, helped load their vehicles and drove front loaders to load any mulch, soil or gravel.
