Autumn Garcia

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations throughout my career in healthcare. I earned my CNA certification at eighteen, and I am now thirty-two, with eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse. My recent roles include serving as a Nurse Consultant and, prior to that, spending two years in Case Management. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in healthcare administration, and I hope to gain more knowledge in order to better serve those who need it most.

My professional background spans the Department of Veterans Affairs, nursing homes, and three hospitals. These fast-paced environments have strengthened my ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure, patient safety, and customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I have learned to adapt to individual needs, ensuring compassionate, personalized care. Above all, my experiences have reinforced the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining a positive attitude to achieve optimal outcomes for both patients and colleagues.
