I have been serving for 12 years, since I was 16, at my families restaurant, California Rollin, but have decided to make the transition to bartending this past year.

- seasonal job (may- September)

- tiki bar

In the 5 years I worked for Champps I was a closing server. I closed 5 nights a week and worked full time

- Closing server

- late night server open till 2

- I started bus hosting at age 13

- started serving at 16 without being able to handle alcohol, as well as certain kitchen appliances

- began bartending at 18

- explored BOH such as dishwashing, kitchen prep, and sushi making as well

California Rollin’ 1 is where I learned how to thrive in a fast pace environment, as well as come out of my shell and become a people person
