Summary

Proven to enhance student well-being and academic success at Bethel University BUILD Program, I leverage motivational techniques and active learning to foster significant improvements in student performance. Skilled in emotional support and relationship development, my approach has consistently resulted in a positive impact on mentee outcomes. Experiencing work with both the geriatric and pediatric population granted me the ability to help and care for both populations, each in their own way. I have had the ability to create great relationships and help individuals reach their goals. The City of Red Wing gave me experience in more labor intensive work that required a lot more physically demanding tasks, as well as learning to work effectively alongside my fellow coworkers.

Bethel University softball team

I have been on the Bethel University Softball team all 3 years I have attended Bethel. It has taught me time management, discipline, the importance of teamwork, and many other valuable life lessons. I was also on the Bethel University Women's Basketball team for 2 years.

Department Board

I am on the board for my major at Bethel University (Biokinetics Club). I have been the treasurer for 2 years and have controlled the club's budget in purchasing what we need for meetings and other activities. We have worked together as a board to provide students with everything they need in order to succeed when preparing to enter the workforce, such as holding networking events. We have also working together as a board to volunteer (Twin Cities Marathon) and created a camp we hold every year for children to learn the importance of staying active (BUFF Camp).
