*Monitoring the movements of juveniles on probation or pre-adjudication by using electronic monitoring devices.

*Ensuring that juveniles comply with the terms of their probation/tether conditions, such as attending school, attending appointments, and following zone restrictions.

*Reporting any violations of probation/tether conditions to the appropriate person(s) or agency.

*Organizing and preparing Court documents.

*Recording Court proceedings.

*Establishing a professional, working relationship with professionals outside of the juvenile department.

*Maintaining spreadsheet of specific juvenile charges.

*Ensuring the safety and security for residents, staff, and others.

*Developing therapeutic rapport.

*Challenging youth to question their core beliefs and providing tools to developing positive thinking and appropriate behavioral patterns through focus groups and discussions.
