I supported Special Olympics athletes with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities ages 9-22. I provided skills and drills to help enhance their basketball abilities and promote inclusion. My drills provided adaptability to help involve all athletes and levels of disabilities.

I was responsible for organizing and managing the hiring process for scorekeepers, refs, and staff members.
