  • Taro Field restoration - (Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi Farm): Traditional restoration practice included removing old taro propagates and renewing the plots by stomping the mud, removing weeds invasive species
  • (Yo Garden Hawai'i): Refreshing garden plots with new native and indigenous species for the coming year, including Ulu sprouts, ginger, turmeric etc.
  • Beach cleanups - (Kokua Hawai’i Foundation): shifting through Kahuku beach park for small micro-plastics found along the sand as well as larger trash such as buoys, netting, and fishing equipment.
