• I shadowed multiple Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists at UPMC Passavant in Pittsburgh, PA. Observed care in multiple operating rooms across various surgical procedures. Gained exposure to pre-operative assessments, anesthesia induction and maintenance, and airway management. Developed a deeper understanding of the CRNA's role, and the clinical decision-making involved in providing safe, effective anesthesia care.
