As a pre-service educator my main goal is to gather tools that will help me create a predictable and collaborative space for students. In terms of classroom management, my goal is to utilize consistent and predictable routines so that students may enter my classroom with confidence and with a clear understanding of my expectations. Another goal of mine is to give students the foundation for collaborative work that they can utilize in their future no matter what field they enter.
