My responsibilities as a team trainer are to train new employees and to help current employees better their skills. I ensure that employees are always working up to standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Work along side other employees to be an example and help where they need improving.
• Watch performance and give feedback to the team and the managers if needed.
• Assist in the work environment.
• Make sure employees are following rules and polices to ensure the safety of the crew and our customers.
