
To obtain a role as an intern in order to further expand my skills in the criminal justice field.
- Provide excellent customer service to more than 4,000 daily patrons including students, faculty, staff, and community members
- Lead the Member Service team, which includes 2-3 studen employees while additionally collaborating with 15-20 additional student employees in various program areas each shift
- Responsible for the front line business operations, managing memberships, fitness passes, and massage sessions
- Ensure the safety of patrons by enforcing policies and procedures in a 300,000 square foot facility
- This includes multiple strength and conditioning areas, swimming pool, sport courts, and indoor/outdoor field spaces
- Evaluate the functionality of the facility consistently and document any issues that may arise
- Resolve conflicts between patrons and staff by communicating effectively
