• Lead multiple monthly drops at any given time simultaneously managing 400+ styles from concept to completion. This includes: new developments, licensed collections, and a diverse range of silhouettes/materials.
• Drive trend research and lead women's new developments across multiple monthly drops. I specifically focus in on translating creative direction I am given into silhouettes that are also trending, and keeping customer insights in mind to create relevant designs with a personalized touch to it.
• Effectively manage and report on my self-built PLM system, providing upper management with clear status updates on each style which includes status across all stages including; techpacks status, licensing approvals, and PPS status for new and current developments, photoshoot/licensing TOP delivery and more.
• Coordinate with both domestic and internal factories to ensure the agreed standard of sample turnaround time is met and effectively communicate changes need to be made for flawless product.

As the product developer and designer, I led the launch of the company’s first apparel line. This included identifying and onboarding domestic factory partners, designing graphics and brand-right visuals, sourcing high-quality blanks/materials/trims, and creating clear and concise tech packs to support efficient production. I oversaw the full development calendar—communicating with vendors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all products were delivered accurately and on time. Product line included accessories, tee's, and outerwear.
