Avery Meadows

My name is Avery Meadows, I am a new father to my son Cohen Meadows who was born on July 28, 2023. My wife is Christina Meadows and we have been married since June 12, 2021. I am a devoted Christian, Husband and father.

• Assist in investigating property crimes consisting of burglaries, thefts, auto thefts, and criminal property damage.
• Apprehending violent criminals, initiating multiple foot pursuits, assisting/calling vehicle pursuits into multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborating with multiple agencies to complete missions of apprehending suspects and identifying suspects for crimes.
• Assisted in the 2019-2021 Top Safety Seat Belt Award for the mid-size department for the State of West Virginia.
• Experienced in courtroom testimony
• Respond in a timely manner to life threatening motor vehicle collisions.
• Assist in Barboursville Evening Shift in a supervisor roll.
• Currently selected as a Field Training Officer for the Barboursville Police Department.
