As being one who has been a Captain and apart of many various teams I feel I can contribute a successful motive to this job. Being a captain allows me to understand how important it is being a leader and everyone putting in their all to the contribution. As it takes everyone to be ultimately successful. Before I was a captain I was an alternate captain. This allowed me to showcase leadership but also see the other side of receiving leadership. Allowing me to accept advice and guidance for growth to reach potential. Receiving my CNA accreditation has allowed me to be successful and understand the ultimate meaning of patient care. I am currently attending Saint Francis College of Nursing to pursue a bachelors degree and I graduate fall of 2026. With being in nursing school I am able to apply my knowledge that Im learning in class to my work environment to enhance my knowledge farther than just having my CNA license. I have been working as a tech for over 6 months and have learned the importance of paying attention to detail and the concept of patient care. I currently have over 70 college credit hours and have my associates in science from ICC. I accumulated many college credits while in high school proving worthiness of multitasking and be successful
