I contributed to a clean and hygienic environment by maintaining the cleanliness of tanning beds and rooms after each use. Utilized knowledge of tanning products and skin types to tailor customers' tanning experiences. I also ensured to resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the salon. I also educated clients on health and safety of tanning facilities and procedures. This job gave me interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and build close-knit personal relationships. I am currently enrolled as a student at ETSU and work here during the school semester until it comes to a close.

• Food service industry. I utilize customer service and make sure each customer leaves with a smile. I make smoothies, clean the store, make change, and participate with co-workers to upkeep the store and prep fruits and veggies.
• Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintained a clean and safe work environment while ensuring all employees adhered to safety guidelines and protocols.

• During my clinical rotations at River Grove, I assisted the CNA’s with the patients in the nursing homes. I assisted the residents with doing activities of daily living, eating, drinking, showering, changing, and many other things. This has allowed me to gain invaluable work experience in patient care.
• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Responded to patient concerns, patient call-lights, and ensured to assist the nurses and CNA's where necessary.
• Completed the Patient Care Technician course and passed the test as well as fulfilling the clinical hour requirements needed for the course. Through this course, I received my Patient Care Technician license as well as becoming CPR and OSHA 10 certified.
