Aviva Teichman

I am a responsible, hardworking, and compassionate individual with experience working with children through babysitting and volunteer opportunities. I have developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills by caring for kids of different ages, helping them stay safe, engaged, and supported in a positive environment. Through babysitting, I learned how to manage responsibilities independently, stay organized, and build trust with both children and parents.

In addition to childcare experience, I volunteered with Metropolitan Ministries, where I worked with community members and helped support families in need. This experience strengthened my teamwork, empathy, and customer service abilities while teaching me the importance of reliability and helping others. Volunteering allowed me to interact with diverse groups of people and contribute positively to my community.

I was also selected to participate in a leadership program at my school, where I demonstrated dedication, responsibility, and leadership skills. Through the program, I worked collaboratively with peers, took initiative in group activities, and consistently showed commitment to personal growth and helping others succeed. My efforts and performance in the program earned me the highest award offered called the diamond award , reflecting my strong work ethic, leadership potential, and ability to stand out as a dependable and motivated individual.

I am eager to bring my positive attitude, leadership experience, and strong interpersonal skills to an entry-level position where I can continue learning, growing, and making a meaningful contribution to a team.
