- Send bid invites including drawings, survey reports, schedules, and coordinate site walks.
- Qualify subcontractor proposals.
- Create project start up-packages and issue subcontractor purchase orders, distribute schedules, obtain insurance per client’s requirements, and permits as needed.

- Review plans and specifications to assemble submittal schedule, solicit documents from subcontractors and responses from architects/engineers, log and track all activity.
- Ensure submittals are reviewed and approved in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule
- Maintain logs for submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and other project-appropriate data.
- Support projects close out by producing and managing punch list items, assembling close out package, and putting together as-built plan set.
