Project Coordination:

• Follow up with Contracts and QS department for approval or closure of requests, including variation requests, deductions, financial settlements, and contract extensions.
• Preparing final financial settlements for minor works & development projects in coordination with the project team.
• Prepare and follow up on project reports, ensuring timely updates to client.
• Coordinate the preparation & submission of initial & final handover certificates with project engineers, contractors, & clients.
• Maintain & update the project/handover log weekly.
• Manage the issuance & renewal of temporary & permanent security permits in coordination with relevant teams.

Finance:

• Prepare payment forms, track payments, & coordinate with contractors/consultants until processing is complete.
• Review & verify payment details, including amounts due, guarantees, and retentions, ensuring project engineer approval before submission to Accounts and management.
• Work with Accounts & project teams on budget preparation & expenditure monitoring.
• Process Oracle budget allocation requests for projects & tenders.
• Manage project guarantee releases, ensuring documentation & approval follow-up.

Administrative:

• Preparing the monthly report for the Development Section in coordination with project engineers.
• Prepare & update records & reports as required by management, assisting with audit reports & the annual budget.

Occupational Health & Safety:

• Member of PC Emergency Team.
• Coordinate with contractors to submit, review, & approve projects HSE plans, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
• Coordinating with the Client’s HSE team to ensure participation of internal contractors (FM Dept.) in monthly awareness workshops.
• Review health & safety reports, share feedback with contractors & engineers, & ensure timely closure of observations.
• Assist contractors in resolving issues & suggesting corrective actions to improve safety conditions.

Document Controller Experience:

• Manage and control project documentation, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and distribution of records.
• Maintain and update logs for project reports, handover certificates, financial settlements, and security permits.
• Coordinate document submissions with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
• Review and verify accuracy of records, including contracts, financial documents, and HSE reports, before submission to management.
• Ensure all documents are properly archived, categorized, and accessible for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, audit records, and budget documentation for management review.

• Review and assess contractor HSE plans to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and approve method statements, work permits, and emergency plans
• Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency evacuation drills
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure PPE compliance and maintain HSE documentation, including incident records
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to uphold safety standards
• Monitor and lead HSE initiatives, including the 'I See I Fix It' program, to enhance site safety
• Oversee HSE compliance for facilities, including lift systems, firefighting equipment, and water tanks
