Phdwork

My working areas in PhD of immunology and cell biology major focused Immune responses to nonpathogenic fungi in mouse models. I focused on the effectiveness of non-pathogenic yeast inducing B cell responses within the draining lymph nodes as well I sought to clarify the nature of the relationship between fibroblastic stromal cells and secondary lymphoid organs. I determined that T- cell pathways within fibroblastic stromal cells are vital to the development of secondary lymphoid organs and suppressed those pathways through the application of a mutated chemokine using in vivo modeling in mice embryos.
