Working as a team member at Grateful Bagel, a small coffee shop, was a delightful and rewarding experience. As a member of the team, my role involved various tasks, including taking customer orders, preparing and serving beverages and bagels, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

At Grateful Bagel, teamwork was highly valued and encouraged. Collaborating with my fellow team members was essential in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a positive experience to our customers. We worked together efficiently, supporting each other during busy periods and sharing responsibilities to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Interacting with customers was one of the highlights of my role. I had the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of people, building relationships with regular patrons and welcoming new customers. The joy of preparing delicious beverages and freshly baked bagels while witnessing the satisfaction and appreciation of our guests made each day fulfilling.

During my tenure as a Supervisor at Montage Hotels & Resorts from April 2021 to August 2022, I had the privilege of being part of a renowned luxury hospitality brand that consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences. As a Supervisor, my primary responsibility was to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure that all departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage, were running smoothly. I worked closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of service.

One of the most rewarding aspects of working at Montage was the opportunity to lead a small dedicated team of professionals. I was responsible for training and mentoring staff members, ensuring they had the necessary tools and knowledge to provide personalized service to our guests. Collaborating with my colleagues and fostering a positive work environment was integral to achieving our goals. Additionally, I had the chance to work closely with guests, addressing their needs and resolving any concerns promptly and effectively. The fast-paced nature of the job, coupled with the high expectations of the brand, challenged me to think on my feet and find creative solutions to various situations.
