• Provide legal counsel on matters concerning compliance with consumer financial protection laws, such as FDCPA, SCRA/MLA, FCRA, TCPA, BAPCPA, GLBA, CAN-SPAM and state vehicle repossession laws
• Support the compliance team with internal audits and state and federal regulatory examinations/investigations
• Assist the compliance team or the business in developing remediation action plans responsive to compliance findings, process breakdowns, consumer complaints or regulatory examinations/investigations
