  • Performed In Vivo biomethod including various injection routes (IP, SQ, IV, PO), blood collection (retro-orbital, cardiac puncture), blood processing (plasma and serum), basic necropsy (tissue/tumor collection), IVIS imaging/analyze, irradiation, euthanasia as a study lead.
  • Performed In Vitro skills with mammalian cell culture (cryopreservation, sub-culture of suspended and adherent cancer cell lines.), PBMCs, and CAR-T cells.
