Was Placed in many different bussing positions and was also placed in management of other bussers this included organizing where they worked as well as when it was okay for them to clock out. I often worked very late and was the last busser in the restaurant. Worked in pantry receiving orders from servers and for to-go orders. Worked behind the bar or in the bar area collecting, cleaning, and restocking glasses,also cleaning and cutting fruit for garnishes.
