• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment goals.

• Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, providing consistent reinforcement and encouragement.

• Collaborate with other team members, including BCBAs, and therapists, to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide feedback to parents and caregivers to support consistency and progress in behavior management outside of sessions.

Lead Therapist Duties:

• Assist the BCBA with coordinating the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention programs (BIPs) for clients.
• Train RBTs in implementing behavior plans and treatment strategies.
• Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments, to identify client needs, and inform treatment plans.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection, ensuring treatment goals are met, and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Lead team meetings, offering support and guidance for program development and improvement.

• Provide trauma informed services to a variety of children/teenagers
• Led key projects (mock interviews, art therapy, etc..) which resulted in successful achievements
