• Provide quality care for 3-6 patients in various units including, but not limited to medical-surgical, general surgical, ortho-joint, telemetry, cardiovascular ICU and stepdown, neuro surgical trauma ICU and stepdown, emergency, postpartum and NICU
• Complete assessments, medication administration and various skills for patients such as ECGs, lab draws, and interpreting cardiac rhythms
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly with interdisciplinary care team
• Provide detailed education to patients, family members and/or caregivers regarding their diagnoses, treatment plan and prevention
• Teach and train student nurses and new hires with various levels of experience
