• As functional architect I lead a group of functional leads in planning and executing functional workshop.
• Conduct Fit/Gap workshops and present OOB solution and identify gaps.

• Application security design and testing coordination. Post Go-live warranty support.

During this project I worked as Functional Lead in implementing Oracle CC&B solution and upgrading to latest version CC&B 2.4. As a Functional Lead my functions were:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
• Fit/Gap analysis and solution design.
• To-Be Business process and procedure design and development.
• Review and approve functional designs.
• Testing Strategy design and implementation.
• Leading SIT, UAT testing and leading defect resolution.
• Go-live cutover management.
• Post go-live warranty support

During this project I worked as offshore Project Lead managing multiple CC&B project teams. As a Project Leads my functions were:

• Leading offshore development team Coordinating with on-site project team Reviewing functional designs and helping team in developing and delivering code packages.
• Leading BI Report designs and delivery.
• Leading offshore migration team in delivering conversion code packages.
• Training, educating and mentoring team in delivering innovative solutions.

During this project I worked as Oracle CC&B Senior functional Consultant for R-APDRP, Karnataka project. R-APDRP is prestigious project taken up by Government of India which is mainly aimed at reducing the AT&C losses. Karnataka State has around 8 million customer base and growing around 5-10% annually. And it also has around 240 different tariffs which are frequently changing. As a part of this assignment below are my responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering in various CCB functional areas.
• Writing high level design document in various functional areas and various system configurations.
• Review the design documents written the team.
• Design and developing MIS extracts.
• Preparing SIT test documents. Reviewing the migration scripts and providing details for necessary changes.

During this period I worked as Oracle CC&B Senior functional Consultant mid sized utility company in France. This utility company is second biggest Electric service provider in France with 216,600 customers for electricity, including 135,800 individuals; and 109,000 customers for the gas, including 97,200 individuals.

As a part of this assignment my responsibilities were:

• Requirements gathering and analysis
• Configure CCB application to meet client requirements
• Developing Functional Designs
• Analyzing the functional specification provided Poweo and providing area that can be improved.
• Functional Testing of the CC&B application on component releases.
• Performance test planning and execution

Project II:

During this period I worked as a consultant for a major utility client in Texas, USA. As part of this assignment my responsibilities were:

• Maintenance and development of new enhancements in SPL Cordaptix solution.
• Bug fixes and data correction as part of Application Maintenance activities.
• Maintaining and supporting Group1 Taxing solution and integrating with Cordaptix.

During this period I worked as a Software Engineer for LAWSON financial suite. LAWSON is an ERP suite with more than 3000 clients. I worked as part of product development and maintenance team.

During this period my responsibilities were:

• Code review and bug fixing
• Duplication of reported issue in test environment
• Doing function and technical analysis of defect reported
• Doing feasibility study and fixing the bug
• Unit Testing and Functional testing

During this period I worked as Software Engineer for client HCA (Hospital Corporation of America). I worked on SMART application which is responsible for handling all SCM functionalities like PO and Distribution.

During this period my responsibilities were:

• Duplication of reported issue in test environment.
• Doing function and technical analysis of problem.
• Doing feasibility study and fixing the bug.
• Fixing the reported bug.
• Unit Testing and Functional testing.
• Working on new enhancements.
