Baliey Zacher

A program of 4 Luv of Dog Rescue, which helps reduce the unwanted dogs/cats located on the reservations of ND, SD and MN by providing access to no-cost spay/neuter services and annual vaccinations.

Duties include:

• Assisting in surgical procedures.
• Prepare surgical packs for efficient operations.
• Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient well-being.

• Administer anesthesia and assisted in surgical procedures for small animals and equine patients.
• Conduct in-house laboratory procedures for hematology, urinalysis, and cytology; or prepare samples for submission to reference laboratories, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues through knowledgeable service, enhancing satisfaction levels.
• Guide new technicians and assistants on animal handling techniques and safety protocols.
• Assist with emergency cases for large and small animals in clinic and field settings.
• Facilitate imaging services including x-ray, ultrasound, and CT as needed.
