Responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and configuration of pharmacy automation systems for clients, which includes hardware and software installation at customers' sites, working closely with them to understand their needs, customize the solution accordingly, and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition; essentially acting as a bridge between the product and the client to guarantee proper integration and adoption within their workflow needs.

Leads teams by providing advanced-level technical support in the on-site installation, calibration, testing, maintenance, and repair of pharmacy automation equipment and systems in a retail pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities.

- Manages installation assignments and assigned customers within a district. - Provides strong customer service and problem-resolution skills at new and existing client sites.

- Ensures customer satisfaction and maximum uptime.

Maintains equipment functionality by troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software-related problems.

- Monitors the status of problem resolution at all times and the timely closing of calls. - Instructs and trains customers on the operation and maintenance of Parata Systems.

- Serves as the company liaison with the customer on administrative and technical matters for the assigned project. - Leads new project teams as required, and mentors entry-level service engineers.

- Visits customers regularly to build relationships and to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintains documentation and service reports via electronic reporting through the Salesforce system.

- Achieves monthly utilization targets.

- Manages parts inventory wisely.
