• Perform efficient and compassionate care through the telephone triage nursing process.
• Educate patients and families on health management, promoting understanding of treatment protocols.

• Spearheaded the new CC work from home protocol and process at the beginning of the pandemic in April 2020.

• Charge RN: staffing RN and CNA assignments, delegating tasks, and taking patient admissions from OR, ED, clinic, or direct admissions.
• Mentor junior nurses and nursing students in best practices and compliance with healthcare standards.
