- Lead the Fund Admin pillar of Delivery and Orchestration with Mobile teams, Documents Management, Fund Admin internal tooling to manage our VC clients.
- Our mobile team launched the Carta app for Investors in less than 6 months, and efficiently is executing against the roadmap for two Carta mobile apps with less than 8 team members.
- Our Documents team built a consolidated Docs hub for all Fund Admin to manage their docs, and leveraging Machine Learning’s document extraction and classification to reduce time to manage and do fund accounting and for our law firms to onboard CapTable clients to Carta platform easily.
- Led the emergence of Developer Ecosystem, an API platform from alpha to 50+ partners integrations in 18 months, built a developer playground, public APIs for captable and investor services, and robust documentation and onboarding. This resulted in many notable wins for Carta: Sequoia, Rippling, Stripe.
- Led the Front End Platform and design system teams to decompose from our monolith, build front ends in the modern architecture and common components from alpha to 100+ apps and libraries within a year. It became the gold standard team at Carta.
