Opened or closed the Garden shop area. engaged customers in conversations in order to uncover their lawn and garden needs. Suggested products, along with different plants depending on the project the customer was wishing to complete. I loved to keep the area clean and free of anything customers did not want. I made certain the customers were satisfied and if not I would try to resolve the problem so they would come back. I earned Employee of the Month during my employment.
