Started my Endoscopy career here coming from 14 years in the Operating Room.  Worked for 3 years as a staff nurse then became charge nurse.  Proficient in all cases GI related as well as Bronchoscopies and conscious sedation for the cardiology department during Transesphogeal Echocardiograms.  As charge nurse was responsible for staff scheduling and daily assignments,  KRONOS (timekeeping), as well as Policy and Procedure review and revisions.  Excelled in time management and conflict resolution.
