Being selected as Supervisor of the Quarter is a privilege that reflects both my leadership and commitment to operational excellence. As a Corporal, I take pride in leading by example—ensuring that my team operates efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with department standards.

A key strength I bring to my role is detailed and accurate reporting. I consistently produce thorough incident reports, shift summaries, and after-action documentation that meet legal standards and support decision-making at higher command levels. I’ve also helped junior officers improve their own reporting practices by providing guidance on clarity, structure, and factual integrity. My attention to detail has contributed to successful case resolutions and improved transparency within our operations.

This quarter, I’ve also overseen several high-priority calls for service, managed scene integrity, and maintained accountability across shifts. I’ve made it a point to balance field leadership with administrative precision—ensuring that every action we take is supported by clear, timely documentation.
