Office on Aging Supervising OA II - Home Delivered Meals Program & Call Center

  • Responsible for the supervision of the Office on Aging's Home Delivered Meals Program, I make the final determination of eligibility for senior participants applying for the Home Delivered Meals Program.
  • Utilize time management skills to adhere to established program timelines
  • Adhere to agency policies, federal funding guidelines, and regulations of the California Department on Aging
  • Analytical support, workflow review, creation, and implementation of the Nutrition program standards.
  • Improving daily workflow processes and operational procedures by evaluating and analyzing statistical reporting information.
  • Assisted in the development of written HDM procedures, establishing standard practices of the HDM program in accordance with California Department of Aging mandates and regulations.
  • Regularly participates in quarterly Fiscal and Administrative Contracts team meetings concerning the HDM program, program budgets, contracted vendor discussions, and contract monitoring.
  • Assisting contracted HDM vendors in understanding standard practices in conjunction with the approved contract/MOU.
