Summary

I always had a thing for technology that's why I went to school for it. I love learning new things and just becoming a better person for me and for the world around me. I always wanted to do something that would brighten another person's day even if it's just fixing an issue with a computer that took a person days to diagnose. I'm dedicated to my family and I would do anything to keep them happy. During college, I worked at a restaurant also because I found cooking to be a thing I also enjoy. On the other hand, I'm easy going and easy to get along with.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN

  • Here we took calls for people & businesses who were experiencing email issues, internet issues, Tv issues, phone issues, computer issues
  • We also had to write reports and then submit tickets in multiple ticketing systems including: Service Now, Elations, Ivue direct, ivue connect, iComm V, Intranet, Mac Mobile, Osticket, Zendesk and many others
  • In addition, we also had troubleshooting tools such as USIP, Nokia Wifi, Nokia AMS, AOE, Calix Cloud, CMS, Minerva, BBX, Routethis, and Smx to manage customers & business's routers, modems, and onts
  • I was working the contract through TekSystems starting June 13th 2022 and i was later hired on full time with NRTC in September 2023 after completing the contract
  • We also had to call the on-calls and escalate tickets depending if we resolve the issue or not
  • We did this through multiple ticketing systems depending on the ISP's NRTC was partnered with.

IT FUNDAMENTALS SUMMER TEACHER

  • Taught lessons on building a computer, computer hardware, binary, settings up computer workspaces, and basic troubleshooting
  • Me and a few of other students were hand picked during college to teach this course to a few high school kids after we got certified
  • We also made lesson plans and other cool ways to keep the high school students interested
  • At the end of the summer course the students took the certification exam and alot of them got certified also.
