Worked with schedulers using P-6 to always ensure manpower directly corelated to the task at hand and always keeping an eye to the future for upcoming tasks. Mobilized Various sub-contractors including Fiber optic specialists for integrated communications systems.

• Conducted pre-commissioning and testing of various Fire Alarm systems, also conducted final verification of all fire alarm systems with the 3rd party engineer and the Honeywell system operator. Worked with Vendors for various electrical equipment, providing support and technical skills for the proper testing of V.F.D’s, U.P.S systems, D.C.S. uplinks and H.V.A.C. systems. Initiated Battery load tests for U.P.S. systems using heavy duty Load test equipment. Installed High Voltage Stress cones for Shielded high voltage cables 5000V35000V. Tested High Voltage Cables by using Very Low Frequency testing (VLF). Tested High Voltage stress cones using Tan Delta verification. Worked with the D.C.S. personnel to properly commission and verify correct rotation of 5000 HP motors, as well as testing the correct operation and stroking of various sized Motor operated valves (M.O.V’s)

• Integrated and planned a safe work procedure on a daily basis for 25 – 30 Electricians. Managed and ordered materials for upcoming aspects of the project. Aligned welders for the safe and efficient installation of various forms of bracketing and mounting systems for electrical equipment. Mobilized Civil Sub contractors for the installation of underground conduit and ground grid systems. Equipped a team of professional Electricians with all the tools needed to effectively conduct a QA/QC and pre-commissioning program. Designed and Implemented an all-encompassing Lock Out Tag Out procedure to provide Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electrical Isolation. Executed safe work procedures for various instances above OH and S minimums.

• Synchronized manpower on a daily basis to meet the clients various needs while navigating the unique boundary’s and limitations brought on by the permitting system, keeping safety as the number one goal while working in a live plant. Programed various brands of EHT controllers including Pentair, Thermon and Tracer. Trouble shot differing issues to ensure seamless operation of all EHT subsystems.

• Planned and installed new construction projects including, cable tray systems, rigid conduit, terminations, instrumentation, heat trace (Both M.I. and S.R.). Installed 3M High voltage stress cones for high voltage switch gear and equipment ranging from 5KV – 35KV. Member of the Craft Voice In Safety board, assigned to put together LOTO information booths and to completely understand all facets of safety to be an open conduit from the boots on the ground to the management.

• Ran large scale construction jobs of various types, residential, commercial and light industrial. Jobs ranging from $150 000 - $2 000 000. Delegated work and synchronized schedule with available manpower. Performed material take-offs and worked with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply to necessitate the timely completion of various projects.
