* In 2010 as a member of the Ayer Historical Commission began research and Interviewing residents for a Pictorial History book of Ayer, MA.
The project was completed and published in 2012 with books available in July of that year.
* In 2013 was instrumental in applying for a State Grant to renovate the monument area for Camp Stevens, a Civil War camp now in the Town of Ayer, MA.
At the time the monument was overgrown with shrubs and grass. The Grant was approved and the work to renovate was awarded to Pinard's of Ayer.
In the fall of 2013 a rededication ceremony was held with participation from Ayer's Town Manager, Town officials, and Civil War reenactors. Local businesses
also contributed towards the rededication ceremony.
* I'm also on the Town of Ayer's Community Preservation Committee, Devens Resolution Committee, and the Warden at all of Ayer's Town, State and Presidential Elections.
Served in the United States Army Reserves from March 1970 to March of 1976.
