Forty years of this work has provided me with experience to not only provide excellent service but also to provide excellent customer dispute resolution. I like this work. I am very good at this work. I work in all time zones in the U.S. and Canada. I am always open to a trial run to make the presentation as good as possible and to make changes as per the client's wishes. My clients have stayed with me for years and the reason for that is great service, personal service with personal human contact, not an answering machine.

  • Calls were made mostly to Fraternal organizations and business owners
  • I also personally with the owner represented the products and equipment at business expositions offering sales opportunity
  • My largest customer was Apex Auctions
  • They offer construction equipment and factory disposals auctions in Canada and the U.S
  • I also had several other smaller clients who were approaching day care centers and small stores
  • I was very successful in this ventures due to the simplicity of our phone contacts
  • Nothing electronic, just one on one conversations and follow up
  • Polite conversations representing a product with live conversation works very well even in this electronic age of AI
  • Covid 19 took our business down as there were no customers for our clients services
  • I now want to begin to provide our expert personal service once again.
