Initially hired to recruit for the new "portable energy storage" product team, and was eventually assigned ownership for recruitment of all executive level (VP, Sr Director, and Director) talent while continuing to fill Individual Contributor, Software and Hardware engineering roles.

  • Within the first four months, utilized LinkedIn to successfully recruit and hire a VP of Sales Ops and VP of IT, saving the company over 100k in agency fees.

Beginning with one SVP and one sourcer, built the 'Digital Technology' division and staffing team from zero employees to over four hundred within a year and a half

  • Initially interviewed, negotiated offers for and hired the nine-person Director team, then built teams under each Director, each targeting a different aspect of the product
  • Within a fast paced, high volume environment, recruited Product and Program Managers, as well as Software Engineers for all front end to back-end applications
  • To address volume positions for CAD Engineers, organized three onsite events at locations in Michigan and San Jose, CA. This included partnering with the team to organize the initial LinkedIn campaigns, as well as organization of sourcer, recruiter and HR staff.
  • Successfully reduced Rivian agency costs by 50% within three months by renegotiating contracts and creating processes for remaining agencies
  • Hired five recruiters and ensured their capabilities in all aspects of recruiting and onboarding strategies.
