Responsible for managing the operations of DocuShare cloud-based products in Azure and/or AWS. Responsible to develop and maintain operational best practices to deploy and implement cloud hosted systems to Xerox’s internal and external customers. Ensure effective deployment, monitoring, reporting, security, budgeting, change control, and life-cycle management services through our Azure and AWS cloud hosted environments. Train staff involved in the Cloud Operations.
• Global Administrator for Xerox’s Microsoft Azure DocuShare Subscription
• Administrator for Xerox’s Azure US Government Cloud deployment. Meet or exceed all US Government Cloud standards
• Manage the 24x7 Support Team of Cloud Operations Specialists
• Lead/participate in projects and/or continuous improvement efforts to deliver measurable business value by reducing security and operational risk while improving reliability, standardization, sustainability and scalability of our Xerox DocuShare Cloud Global infrastructure environment
• Meet/Exceed established service level agreements (SLA’s); serve as the escalation point for critical issues, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and measure the overall effectiveness of the cloud network and operations teams
• Conduct capacity planning and cloud budget planning
• Administer and maintain monitoring and reporting of cloud infrastructure health, performance and cost control
• Implement and/or enhance disaster recovery, information security and control structures as required
• Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues; implement tools and resolutions to prevent problem recurrence
• Manage security-related aspects of the infrastructure, including compliance with GDPR and other standards relevant to our industry.
