Competent and supportive RN Case Manager with 15 years experience in the Emergency Department. My main responsibility is to qualify new admissions using InterQual Criteria. I also work as a Case Manager to the Clinical Decision Unit and assist Patients and Physicians with discharge planning.

I'm also a Certified InterQual instructor and have been since 2014 to present, I train new employees to use InterQual and am available to answer questions once the employee is on their own.
