• 156-High End-Condominium complexes with underground parking and 38 Town homes.
• The Village at Bridgewater Falls, Ohio:
• A 64 Acre, European Village Inspired shopping complex consisting of anchor department stores, Restaurants, shops, Cineplex, two 4-star hotels and site amenities. Tenants included best buy, JC Penny, Pets Mart, Old Navy, Michael's, Bed Bath and beyond, Borders and TJ Maxx
• Flying Cloud Corporate campus for Liberty Property Trust, Eden Prairie Minnesota:
• A complex of 7 single story office buildings totaling 295,000 S.F. designed around a central garden with gazebos, Golf potting green, water features and seating areas. Two buildings received 1st place design awards from the National Association of industrial and office properties (NAIOP)

• This 300,000 S.F. campus consists of a single story, high bay Class “A” office/warehouse and a 3- story office building complete with landscaping, parking areas, and Loading docks. 1st place NAIOP award
