I’m a hardworking and dedicated person with experience as a Flight Sergeant in JROTC, where I helped lead and manage a team. I love making sure people are happy with the service they get and creating great experiences for them. I’m good at working with others, being a leader, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I’m looking for a chance to use my skills to help people and work with a team.
Throughout my high school years, I balanced multiple responsibilities that helped shape my leadership and time management skills. As captain of the wrestling team, I always had to take charge, ensuring that not only I stayed disciplined but that my teammates were on track too. Managing my role on the swim and dive team alongside wrestling added to the challenge, requiring careful time management.
Beyond sports, I was heavily involved in school fundraising through various clubs, contributing to events that supported our school community. As a flight sergeant in JROTC, I learned firsthand what it means to lead. I was responsible for the actions of everyone in my class, which taught me that leadership is not just about being the best but about ensuring that everyone else does their part.
Towards spring, I joined the crew team, where I further honed my leadership by learning how to give precise commands on the boat, working together with my team to row in perfect sync. Balancing all these activities taught me the importance of being organized, accountable, and a team player in every aspect of life.
