• Mentorship: Serves as a role model and mentor to youth, providing guidance, support and encouragement in their personal, academic, and social development.
• Program Planning: Plan and organize age appropriate activates, workshop, and events promote leadership, teamwork and skill building among the youth.

Career Preparation 

• Young Executive of Color: A 9 month college pipeline program hosted by the University of Washington Foster School of Business, I was involved in various essential elements. This included engaging in college preparation, receiving mentorship, developing real-life business skills and taking part in professional development activities, competitions, and lectures.
• ACAP: A youth program focused on Accounting and Business helped me gain valuable insights from industry experts and mentors, enhancing both my professional and personal growth. ACAP provided networking opportunities and skill development, broadening my understanding of the field.
• Young Women Leadership Summit: At the Foster School of Business, I participated in the YWLS program, designed for aspiring women in business. The Summit offered a deep dive into key business areas, including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Information Systems.
