Baylei Bradley

I am Baylei Bradley a 21 year-old college student who attends Texas Southern University, majoring in psychology and Minoring in forensic science I am a person of integrity who demonstrates a strong work ethic, I have over 4 years of experience with being a daycare teacher. During my time as a daycare teacher assistant, I played a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children's growth and development. My responsibilities included assisting lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment, and providing individualized attention to children's needs. In this role, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in child care and development, honing my ability to effectively communicate and interact with children of diverse backgrounds and personalities. I also developed strong teamwork and organizational skills through collaborating with fellow staff members to plan and execute daily routines and educational activities. Through my dedication and passion for supporting children's learning and well-being, I was able to contribute to creating a positive and enriching experience for both the children and their families. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of child development but also reinforced my commitment to pursuing a career in psychology utilizing child-related fields. While being in college pursuing my degree I plan on doing big things in my life while expanding my work life by doing new things learning new things gaining knowledge to help my future .
