I have started this company back in October of 2023 and I already enjoy the environment, hours, employees, and standards. Simply this opportunity would grant me to be trained and become qualified through company standards. This would also help the company in allowing an early start on the training process for the 2nd shift leader.

I have been working 2nd and 3rd shifts a majority of my work life. I have recently had to make drastic switch in my careers due to Covid-19. Your company has shown me a great avenue to learn and excel in. Dearly, I ask that i am not only considered but to be counted as choice in this position. I have been a jack of most trades such as, plumbing, hvac, on site construction, commercial, residential, new and restoration building, and much more.

All these trades have shown me a great diverse experience in multiple ways. It has also taught me that starting new in a company is a great advantage to be trained exactly whats needed. now that i have already worked a couple months on the line, it will be a better advantage now knowing all of those i will be working with.

Building a relationship with the co-workers is a top priority when leading a team. Although keeping the safety and standards of the working environment is the most crucial point to be made on an everyday basis. Knowing the company can train and rebuild a new shift going forward with someone freshly trained, qualified, and ready to listen and learn from all leaders experience will truly build a leader you want.

I truly am ready to be that leader you need and want on the 2nd shift bay builds.
