5 years as Qa tech, my responsibilities are to verify components, before entering to the production lines. Perform all clears, by ensuring the lines are clean and clear from previous run. Verify, also i need to ensure that product barrels are inside before starting process, ensure everything is in the product, bottles, capsule quality, sealed correctly, label is placed correctly, Exp dates are correctly on the bottles, neckbands are placed correctly according to BOM shoppack. Ensuring quantities are packed correctly, part of my responsibilities are also to ensure labels, pallets sheets, are the correct ones, and correctly place according to customer requirements. Am responsible to ensure MFG, and expiration dates are correct according to customer requirements.
