Haven Stiles

I worked for an flooring company. I would come in and work in the office. I filed papers, sent out invoices, checked the mail, sent emails and answered phones. I also worked in the warehouse portion of the carpet company directing the employees where to go to lay down carpet. I also was able to measure and cut carpet.

This was a seasonal job in the fall and spring time. Sometimes they had sessions during the summer as well. I refereed children from ages 4-12. There was times I was referring by myself. This job was my first job and have almost 4 years of experience working with a community center. I would close the fields, shut off the lights and made sure everyone was gone.

I worked for basic and transitional studies department at College of the Albemarle. I filed papers, answered phones, cleaned, took emails and sent them, helped GED students and where they need to go.

I was a cashier for snowballs and a pourer. A pourer is one who takes the snowballs and pours the flavors onto them while taking orders from customers. There were over 100 flavors to remember and some specialty items. The specialty ones were flavors mixed together. This is a seasonal job that is only open during the summer.

I had a couple of different jobs when working for Chick-Fil-A. My main one was being a cashier at the front, the window and an outside cashier. They are all the same just in different areas of the establishment. I was also a runner. A runner is someone who packs the food runs it out to the people who mobile order for pickup.
