  • Led and finalized the Control Group's effort in submitting a mission critical Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request to solidify 68 uncompensated structure requests of the 115 originally requested.

  • Flew 87 sorties and 135.2 mishap free flight hours as a qualified F/A-18D Weapons & Tactics Instructor, and instructed / evaluated multiple unit level training and flight leadership events across all F-18 mission sets as a MAG-31 designated Flight Lead Standardization Evaluator.
  • Led the Maintenance Department during a six week long WTI External Air Support detachment to El Centro, CA, while guiding the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of 12 F/A-18D aircraft. In total, the maintenance department supported the operations department in flying 246 sorties resulting in 376.9 hours, while dropping over 48,000 pounds of ordnance worth approximately $2.4 million ISO Unit Level Training and WTI 2-18.
  • Led the Maintenance Department during the unit's first ever detachment to Norway in support of NATO Exercise Trident Juncture 1-18. The maintenance dept provided a daily Ready Basic Average of 7.5 out of 8 aircraft and flew 91 sorties totaling 157.2 flight hours in a 30 day period; 13 sorties and 41.4 flight hours more than planned with full mission success.
  • Led the maintenance department consisting of 10 officers and 150+ enlisted Marines through a composite transition (integrating both single and two-seat F/A18s) for the first time in squadron history; including successful transfer of 13 aircraft over the period of one year.

  • Spearheaded a combined MAG-31 Integrated Training Plan with Marine Division Tactics Course 1-18 through synchronized coordination of four MAG-31 squadrons, one MAG-41 squadron, and two adversary squadrons, which produced four Marine Division Tactics Instructors, two Airborne Intercept Controllers, four Mission Commanders, eleven Division Leaders, and three Section Leaders.
  • Coordinated with multiple supporting agencies and produced two fleet support calendars in close consultation with Marine Aviation Weapons & Tactics Squadron 1 and squadron training officers, which resulted in two Forward Air Controller (Airborne) Instructors and three Fighter Attack Instructors.
  • As the Flight Lead Standardization Evaluator Program Coordinator, evaluated multiple Pre-deployment Training Program flights and simulators, and administered culminating events for four squadrons in advance of their deployments.
